About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Stress Engineer to join our team at Airbus Helicopters. As a Stress Engineer, you will be responsible for the structural analysis and stress assessment of our aircraft, ensuring the safety and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform static and dynamic structural analysis of aircraft components and systems
  • Develop and implement stress analysis models and methods
  • Collaborate with design and airworthiness teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct failure analysis and fatigue evaluation of aircraft structures
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in stress analysis and structural engineering
  • Strong knowledge of finite element methods and structural analysis software
