About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Leader to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Global Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements with our largest customers, providing expert guidance and support to drive business value and customer success.
- Develop and execute customized success plans, working closely with customers to understand their security priorities and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, professional services, and support, to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and technical teams, providing trusted advice and expertise to drive customer outcomes.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, ensuring customer renewals and driving business growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements.
- Specialization in software product and service delivery to strategic customers, with expertise in cloud security, DevSecOps, network security, or security operations.
- Proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, with the ability to interact with C-suite executives and technical teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
- Expertise in customer guidance throughout their journey, focusing on value realization and managing customer escalations.
- Thrives in a matrixed, team environment, anchored by our values of collaboration, disruption, execution, inclusion, and integrity.
