As a key member of our Information Systems team at the headquarters, you will assume the role of Technical Product Manager, responsible for the oversight, enhancement, and data management of our integrated systems. Your primary duties will encompass:
- Overseeing a No Code integration platform that connects our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with our eCommerce platform
- Acting as the technical authority on HubSpot, ensuring the maintenance and improvement of workflows, integrations, and dashboards
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop the product roadmap and set priorities
- Guaranteeing the quality and reliability of data within Café Joyeux's CRM ecosystem
- Assisting with eCommerce reporting and data migration initiatives
- Playing a role in creating a comprehensive view of our customers across various systems
- Managing a business intelligence solution to monitor café performance metrics
- Complying with GDPR regulations regarding data collection and processing
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Enthusiasm for No Code tools and CRM systems
- Proficiency in SQL and API utilization
- Business-oriented perspective combined with strong analytical capabilities
- Self-motivated, independent, and innovative
