As the Director of the LVMH AI Factory, you will be responsible for accelerating the adoption of AI across the group's Maisons, developing new AI solutions, and building robust business cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Define the AI strategy for the group, including algorithmic approaches, tooling, and business applications.
- Scale AI algorithm deployment across Maisons, regions, and business domains, raising the level of AI maturity across key business priorities.
- Set data requirements strategy for AI algorithms in collaboration with the Data & Insights team.
- Owning reusable algorithm framework and implementing/packaging the algorithm library for business priorities.
- Test and benchmark new technologies, such as Generative AI, and build innovative prototypes for business usage.
- Define and build a state-of-the-art AI framework: responsible, human-centered, scalable, and reliable (MLOps).
- Manage a world-class team of 30 people, including data scientists, ML engineers, and AI Program Managers, towards AI Factory objectives.
- Build and animate a strong Data Science community across the LVMH group.
- Senior profile (15+ years of experience) with a Master's or PhD in Machine Learning-related fields.
- Strong experience in supervising and leading data scientists' teams, with a passion for AI innovation and business value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of service and proactivity to build relationships with stakeholders and teams.
- Robust theoretical and practical knowledge in Data Science and advanced Machine Learning.
- Experience with ML/GenAI projects in Luxury, Retail, CRM, e-commerce.
- Fluent in French and English, with a taste for entrepreneurship and innovation.
