About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead and make a tangible impact on our segment's future. You will be responsible for building deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs and behaviors, monitoring and understanding market trends, new regulations, and competitor actions, and recommending new sub-segments, applications, channels, stakeholders, and business models to develop the core business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for selected sub-segments and adjacent markets
  • Collaborate with Country Sales Directors to devise and execute commercial strategies and tactical plans
  • Build deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs and behaviors
  • Monitor and understand market trends, new regulations, and competitor actions
  • Recommend new sub-segments, applications, channels, stakeholders, and business models to develop the core business
Requirements
  • Experience in Strategy, Marketing, Innovation, or Product Development
  • Good understanding of best practices in marketing
  • High experience in assessing customer needs
  • Knowledge and experience within a relevant B2B product and solutions industry
  • Experience working in a complex, international, and multi-stakeholder environment
  • Fluent in English and French, with any additional European language a plus
