Missions

En tant que Commercial Development Manager, vous serez rattaché à la Directrice Commerciale de "myCTC" et chargé de développer le chiffre d'affaires wholesale sur la moitié de la France, en région Ouest de la France de Calais à Perpignan.

Vos missions

  • Vous prospectez de nouveaux clients potentiels et mettez en place des actions commerciales pour augmenter le CA de votre secteur.
  • Vous développez et entretenez un portefeuille de clients existants.
  • Vous organisez et pilotez en toute autonomie votre tournée commerciale (sell-in et sell-out).
  • Vous négociez les contrats de partenariat vente en veillant à la rentabilité de l'entreprise.
  • Vous assurez un suivi régulier des commandes (suivi des stocks, des réassorts) et des livraisons pour garantir la satisfaction des clients.
  • Vous établissez un reporting régulier de votre activité.
  • Vous assurez une veille permanente sur la mode et la concurrence (informations relatives à optimiser la performance commerciale).

Profil souhaité

Vous maîtrisez les outils de business plan, suivi du P&L et avez une bonne connaissance des partenariats commerciaux.

Vous avez un goût prononcé pour la mode.

Vous disposez d'excellentes qualités de communication et de négociation.

Dynamisme, sens de l'organisation et de l'analyse.

Adaptable et goût pour le challenge.

Anglais courant.

Formation

Titulaire d'une formation supérieure.

Expérience

Vous disposez d'une expérience commerciale de 3/5 ans minimum dans le PAP / mode / Streetwear.
