Senior Project Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our team in the development of innovative products for the Electrification market. As a key member of our Business Line AA, you will be responsible for managing large multi-disciplinary engineering teams through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including customer schedule, project cost, product margin, and quality.
- Partner with Business Manager, Product Definer, and R&D engineer lead/manager to define schedules and resourcing for key deliverables.
- Develop Analog integrated circuits from concept phase to validation and production release.
- Establish and finalize project charters with customers and development teams.
- Plan project developments, including Work Breakdown Structure, architecture, system aspects, hardware and software tools, validation, delivery, and support to customers/partners.
- Analyze change impact and coordinate risks identification.
- Collaborate with functional groups to profile and guarantee required resources for each phase of program/project development.
- Coordinate risks identification, clear communication to stakeholders on project status and key issues.
- Monitor critical path and problem-solving.
- Manage budget planning and control.
- Provide predictive project steering and gatekeeping.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Electronics or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Project/Program Management and relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry - specifically New Product Development/Introduction.
- Understanding of design/validation of integrated circuits required.
- Good Program Management skills and experience in managing complex technical projects - PMI/PMP certification desirable but not mandatory.
- ISO26262, CMMI level 3 knowledge.
- Critical thinking skills and proficient in risk management.
- Demonstrated real leadership capabilities, excellent communication & coordination skills in a matrix organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
