Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Portfolio Manager to lead our engineering teams through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining schedules and resourcing for key deliverables, anticipating risks, and overcoming issues to positively impact key financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in completing projects by a set of deadlines to achieve business objectives
  • Partner with Business Manager, Product Definer, and R&D engineer lead/manager
  • Support the Technical Marketing organization in the Product concept & definition phases
  • Establish & finalize the project charter with the customer and the development team
  • Plan the different steps of the project developments, including architecture, system aspects, hardware and software tools, validation, delivery, and support to customers/partners
  • Analyze change impact and resources and staffing planning
  • Coordinate risks identification, clear communication to stakeholders on project status and key issues
  • Critical path evaluation and problem-solving, cost management, and predictive project steering
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Electronics or equivalent
  • Proven experience in Project/Program Management and overall relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry – specifically New Product Development/Introduction
  • Understanding of design/validation of integrated circuits required
  • Good Program Management skills and experience in managing complex technical projects
  • ISO26262, CMMI level 3 knowledge
  • Critical thinking skills and proficient in risk management
  • Demonstrated real leadership capabilities, excellent communication & coordination skills in a matrix organization
