Senior Project Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our engineering teams through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining schedules and resourcing for key deliverables, anticipating risks, and overcoming issues to positively impact key financial metrics.
Your Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects by set deadlines to achieve business objectives.
- Partner with Business Manager, Product Definer, and R&D engineer lead/manager.
- Support the Technical Marketing organization in the Product concept & definition phases.
- Establish and finalize the project charter with the customer and the development team.
- Plan the different steps of the project developments, including architecture, system aspects, hardware and software tools, validation, delivery, and support to customers/partners.
- Analyze change impact.
- Collaborate with all functional groups to profile and guarantee the required resources for each phase of the program/project development.
- Coordinate risks identification, clear communication to stakeholders on project status and key issues.
- Maintain the program up to date according to the required timelines through regular communication among all involved stakeholders in respect to the milestones, objectives, and overall costs.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor/Master degree in Electronics or equivalent, and proven experience in Project/Program Management and overall relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry – specifically New Product Development/Introduction. You should have a good understanding of design/validation of integrated circuits, and be proficient in risk management. Additionally, you should have demonstrated real leadership capabilities, excellent communication & coordination skills in a matrix organization, and be able to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
