Job Title: Assistant Director of Sales

Accor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate and MICE accounts.
  • Collaborate with the revenue and reservations team to optimize pricing and inventory management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leisure and corporate segments.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and analysis to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in international luxury lifestyle hospitality sector, preferably in the MENA region.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in team management and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluent in English, with additional foreign languages an advantage.
