Job Title: Director of Sales, Business Travel

About the Role:

The Director of Sales, Business Travel is a key member of the Accor sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our business travel offerings. This role requires a strong understanding of the business travel industry and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key business travel partners and suppliers
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure they are meeting their sales targets

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in the business travel industry
  • Strong understanding of the business travel market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
