About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development and Client Loyalty Specialist to join our team at Bouygues Telecom. As a key member of our Commercial Department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 75 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to identify and analyze their needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
