Key Responsibilities
As a Category Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing product categories and optimizing the company's presence in retail stores.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Analyzing performance data from distributors and consumers
* Conducting diagnostic analyses of product categories for each store and market (GMS, Drive)
* Developing and implementing growth plans tailored to each market
* Ensuring effective communication with store managers on assortment and merchandising strategies
* Collaborating with clients to negotiate the best possible conditions and develop mutually beneficial partnerships
* Managing internal accounts and ensuring seamless communication with key accounts, field teams, and other relevant departments
Location
The position is based in Paris Intra-Muros.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree from a top business school or engineering school (BAC+5)
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in the FMCG sector
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
