The Role

We are seeking an experienced VP of Growth to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving Qonto's growth through the development and execution of large-scale acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies to drive growth and maximize market penetration.
  • Manage the acquisition budget and allocate resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals to drive growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute GTM strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market analysis to inform acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and executing large-scale acquisition strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of digital acquisition methodologies and online and offline media planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire teams.
