VP of Sales and Growth

As a seasoned sales professional, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. With a strong track record in enterprise sales, you'll lead our sales team to achieve ambitious targets and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions to meet their expectations.
- Identify emerging opportunities and market shifts, staying ahead of the competition with our broad range of products.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to identify, approach, and close key customers.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads.
- Provide feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
- Effectively manage the country's pipeline to forecast and realize revenue to meet targets for presentation and accountability to management.
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in enterprise sales in a SAAS, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce company.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience, leading a team of sales and business development.
- Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking (both English and French).
- Proven oral and written communication abilities, positive and energetic phone skills, and exquisite listening skills.
- Superior project and time management skills. And a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness.
