Job Summary

Rexel is seeking a Commercial Agency Representative to join our team in Cahors. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients through personalized service and support.
  • Enhance the agency's attractiveness through dynamic and adapted merchandising.
  • Offer solutions and services that create value for clients.
  • Develop digitalization of clients through the promotion of connected offers and our e-commerce site.
  • Promote and participate in commercial animations.
  • Manage client disputes and SAV.

Requirements

  • Holder of a commercial and/or technical degree, with knowledge in the field of electricity, domotics, or energy management solutions acquired in BtoB or BtoC distribution.
  • Possess a strong sense of customer relations and satisfaction, as well as an ability to work in a team.
  • Have knowledge of the BtoB distribution world and our sector of activity.
