About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lead to join our team at Seqirus France. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective cross-functional omnichannel brand strategies to maximize profitability, market share, and growth performance in France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and development of brand strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Manage and develop junior product managers to ensure a coordinated approach with the medical team, sales force, and other functions.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies to drive customer adoption and field team performance.
  • Support the management of tenders for retail pharmacy procurement groups and hospitals in collaboration with the sales lead.
  • Oversee the long-range plan (LRP) forecasting process for France.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the influenza vaccines market, customers, and competitors.
  • Ensure the implementation of strategies in a compliant manner for Vifor France and CSL Seqirus.

Requirements

  • University degree or higher degree.
  • Dual training in science and marketing, ideally pharmacist/doctor + business school.
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Marketing experience in retail pharmacy business and retail pharmacies procurement group is expected.
