Marketing Director Seqirus France

This is a key role in supporting the launch and commercialization of two flu vaccines in France. CSL Seqirus and Vifor France, both CSL companies, have partnered to ensure a successful launch. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute effective cross-functional omnichannel brand strategies to maximize profitability, market share, and growth performance in France.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, including Vifor France, CSL Seqirus France, and International teams.
- Manage and develop the Junior Product Manager, ensuring a coordinated approach with the medical team, sales force, and other functions.
- Lead the strategy development and execution, customer adoption, and field teams of an omnichannel implementation.
- Support the management of tenders for retail pharmacy procurement groups and Hospitals in collaboration with the Sales Lead.
- Oversee the Long-Range Plan (LRP) forecasting process for France.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the influenza vaccines market, customers, and competitors.
- Ensure the implementation of strategy in a compliant manner for Vifor France and CSL Seqirus.
- Define the brand's annual Strategic and Budget Plan aligned with internal cross-functional stakeholders and the International CSL Seqirus team.
- Leverage International knowledge and activities, finding opportunities to optimize and inform the team.
- Develop a solid understanding of customers and competitors' products to improve competitive advantage.
- Create an innovative brand and portfolio strategy with high-value-added services primarily for pharmacists and retail pharmacies procurement groups.
- Support the Sales Lead in ensuring high-quality tender management for retail pharmacies procurement groups and Hospitals.
- Oversee sales and budget forecasts.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the French Health environment, recommendations, and influenza policy.
- Oversee the execution of brand strategies with differentiated value propositions, key messages, brand activities, and tactics.
- Evaluate the best mix of channels to deliver value and impact, primarily to pharmacists and retail pharmacy supply groups.
- Coordinate all medical-marketing and institutional projects with the medical and sales teams to ensure full commitment to customer activities.
- Oversee all communication activities, including participation in conferences, congresses, press releases, etc.
- Develop customer knowledge, innovative ideas, and excellence in tactical planning and execution.
- Measure the return on investment of the various actions/operations implemented.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and product performance.
- Support the Sales Lead by delivering brand strategies and communications to the sales team.
- Maintain professional relationships of trust with all external customers and the field team.
- Select, manage, and steer external suppliers.
- Manage the marketing Opex budget.
- Ensure full compliance with the relevant country code of practice, all internal and external policies.
Requirements:
- University degree or higher degree.
- Dual training in science and marketing, ideally pharmacist/doctor + business school.
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Marketing experience in retail pharmacy business and retail pharmacies procurement group is expected.
