Job Title: Marketing Lead Seqirus France

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong marketing background and a passion for the pharmaceutical industry. As a Marketing Lead for Seqirus France, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support the launch and commercialization of our flu vaccines in France.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support the launch and commercialization of our flu vaccines in France.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Manage and develop junior product managers to ensure a coordinated approach with the medical team, sales force, and other functions.
  • Lead the strategy development and execution, customer adoption, and field teams of an omnichannel implementation.
  • Support the management of tenders for retail pharmacy procurement groups and hospitals in collaboration with the sales lead.
  • Oversee the long-range plan (LRP) forecasting process for France.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the influenza vaccines market, customers, and competitors.
  • Ensure the implementation of strategy in a compliant way for Vifor France and CSL Seqirus.
Requirements:
  • University degree or higher degree.
  • Dual training in science and marketing, ideally pharmacist/doctor + business school.
  • At least 5-7 years professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Marketing experience in retail pharmacy business and retail pharmacies procurement group is expected.
