Marketing Director Seqirus France

This is a key role in supporting the launch and commercialization of two flu vaccines in France. CSL Seqirus and Vifor France, both CSL companies, have partnered to bring these vaccines to market. As Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading the creation and development of effective cross-functional omnichannel brand strategies to maximize profitability, market share, and growth performance in France.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage and develop the Junior Product Manager, providing guidance and support to ensure a coordinated approach with the medical team, sales force, and other functions.
- Lead the strategy development and execution, customer adoption, and field teams of an omnichannel implementation.
- Support the management of tenders for retail pharmacy procurement groups and hospitals in collaboration with the Sales Lead.
- Oversee the Long-Range Plan (LRP) forecasting process for France.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the influenza vaccines market, customers, and competitors.
- Ensure the implementation of strategy in a compliant manner for Vifor France and CSL Seqirus.
- University degree or higher degree.
- Dual training in science and marketing, ideally pharmacist/doctor + business school.
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Marketing experience in retail pharmacy business and retail pharmacies procurement group is expected.
