Job Description

As a Customer Service Manager at Domino RH, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 people and overseeing the import, export, and bookings departments. Your main tasks will include:

  • Supervising and managing a team of customer service representatives
  • Organizing work and tasks among team members
  • Developing and implementing procedures for customer service
  • Communicating with other departments and services, including bookings and documentation
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring performance indicators
  • Providing support to teams and resolving customer complaints

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of CI5
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to use tools for data analysis and performance monitoring
