Manager of Strategic Sales Recruitment

To enhance our expansion in France, we are seeking a pivotal individual responsible for ensuring the volume and caliber of our sales team to help us realize our strategic vision and growth goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR Director of Sales Functions at Verisure France to recruit over 150 sales professionals monthly, supporting our robust annual growth and serving a larger customer base.
- Formulate and execute the strategy for acquiring and developing our sales personnel, in partnership with the HR Director of Sales Functions and the Sales Director.
- Continuously assess and refine our sales recruitment methods, experimenting with new enhancements by leveraging technology to boost efficiency and improve the candidate experience, attracting top-tier talent.
- Partner with recruitment and sales teams to optimize the hiring process and achieve monthly recruitment objectives.
- Directly oversee our Sourcing Team, comprising over twenty members tasked with identifying the best candidates for interviews with our sales managers.
- Manage the complete candidate generation process through diverse acquisition channels, focusing on optimizing volume, quality, and cost per acquisition.
What We Seek:
- A high-potential, high-performing, and ambitious individual with a knack for problem-solving and value creation.
- A strong educational background, holding at least a Master's degree (preferably in engineering or business administration).
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a leading strategic consulting firm.
- Experience in operations and/or managing an operational team.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with a multinational and multicultural work environment.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
