About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team at 1000heads. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing accounts, and delivering high-quality projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Client Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Work with the Business Director to develop account growth strategies and service evolution plans.
- Assist with the production of client reviews and reports.
- Account Management
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' brands, categories, customers, and cultural spheres.
- Monitor and understand clients' markets and competitive activity.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients.
- Maintain a central repository of essential client information.
- Lead a team to deliver effective social media activity for clients and projects.
- Ensure all client servicing levels are acceptable and billing is completed on time.
- Project Management
- Assist in the creation of project briefs and develop effective project plans.
- Develop accurate scope of work documents and ensure they are signed off by the Business Director and clients.
- Ensure campaigns run to agreed client budgets and clients approve all expenditure before it happens.
- Lead and own insights and monitoring projects, ensuring insights are integrated with creative and strategy development.
- Develop innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns.
- New Business Acquisition
- Work with the Business Director on new business outreach and comms management.
- Develop and deliver proposals and pitches to new brands and existing clients' French teams.
