About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Equipment Specialist to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our refrigeration equipment at customer sites in the 45 and 28 departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission refrigeration equipment, ensuring it meets the required standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Participate in sales development activities, providing customers with information on our services and solutions.
- Contribute to the growth and success of Carrier by delivering high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
- Technical degree in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a refrigeration technician, with a strong understanding of refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Valid electrical certification and attestation of capacity.
