About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Sales Specialist to lead sales efforts with clients and prospects in their assigned region. The primary focus will be on the HCL UNICA Suite.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions based on the Unica platform.
  • Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to create targeted campaigns.
  • Qualify prospects and move them through the sales process.
  • Set and achieve sales targets for the Unica platform.
  • Present product offerings to clients and prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Provide insights to the product team for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software sales, preferably in marketing automation or related domains.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with the Unica martech is a plus.
