About the Role

As a Mid-market Account Manager, you will work closely with other Account Managers and collaborate on multiple accounts to deliver an outstanding customer experience, find new opportunities, and drive mutual success for Adyen and our customers. Your focus will be on commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and reducing churn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other Account Managers and collaborate on multiple accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Ramp and grow customers with a focus on commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and reducing churn.
  • Commercial Acumen: Drive commercial discussions for joint accounts, striving to meet strategic and financial targets.
  • Project Management: Prioritize and manage short and long-term projects with varying timelines across multiple accounts, leveraging internal support teams where relevant.
  • Feedback: Serve as a feedback loop for your customers internally.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role, such as account management, consulting, or in the payments industry from a merchant side.
  • Full professional written and verbal proficiency in French and English.
  • Some domestic and international travel required.
