RNA Signaling Postdoctoral Fellow

Institut Curie, a leading research and cancer treatment center, is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team in RNA biology. Our team, led by Dr. Albertas Navickas, focuses on understanding the gene regulatory networks that promote metastasis.
Research ProjectThe successful candidate will investigate the role of extracellular RNA (exRNA) in the metastatic niche, with a focus on triple negative breast cancer. This project involves the characterization of exRNAs capable of inducing RNA signaling, using cell line, PDX organoid models, and clinical samples. The candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with clinician scientists at Institut Curie.
Requirements- PhD in RNA biology (genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, or equivalent)
- Experience in RNA sequencing techniques
- Scientific skills in RNA biology, innate immune signaling, extracellular vesicle, and secretory mechanisms
- Fluent in English (C1 or equivalent)
The position is a fixed-term contract, renewable for 18 months. The working time is full-time, and the remuneration is according to the current grids. Benefits include collective catering, reimbursement of transportation fees up to 70%, and supplementary health insurance.
