Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Markem-Imaje is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development strategies in the Middle East region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market leadership and sustainable business growth, working closely with external and internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve market leadership and sustainable business growth in the Middle East region.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive actions and execution to exceed commercial and financial targets.
  • Identify and select new channel partners to deliver growth strategy.
  • Monitor market opportunities and threats, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use various sales tools to map sales efficiency, prospects, and revenue progression.
  • Gain and capitalize market knowledge to help the distributor in working out their sales tactics.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in Market/Business Development role within a technology-based company with complex B2B interactions focused on Distributor/Partner management.
  • Customer relations management experience strongly desired.
  • Strong ability to drive change and influence.
  • Ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams or projects.
  • Arabic and English fluent.
  • Travelling more than 30% abroad the country. 50% activity on the field.
  • Ability to create and develop high-value-added proposition.
