Sales Support Coordinator IMC

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator IMC to join our team. As a Sales Support Coordinator IMC, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales proposals, tender documents, and legal agreements in accordance with our sales governance framework.
  • Provide sales and customer analysis, prepare business reviews, and customer presentations.
  • Monitor and drive improvement of customer data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in enforcing high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in sales planning, forecasting, and opportunity pipeline management.
  • Facilitate successful implementation of sales processes and CRM usage.
  • Register and maintain relevant customer data, such as payer, vessel, and contract data.
  • Manage customer complaints/non-compliance through our CRM/IP system as per valid process.
  • Coordinate the implementation of sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Prepare and organize sales meetings and customer events.
  • Provide administrative support for our Sales organization in the Area.
  • Coordinate credit checks on new customers, current customers in relation to renewing deals/signing deals for new WSS offer in cooperation with our credit team.

Accountabilities:

Key KPIs - the position is measured against:

  • Account sales growth and contribution.
  • Sales productivity.
  • Sales efficiency.
  • Customer data accuracy and completeness of CRM system.
  • Timely and complete creation of business reviews and deal proposals.
  • Customer complaint processing time.
  • Agreed KPIs and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably within sales, marketing, or other relevant areas.
  • Minimum 2 years administrative working experience.
  • Proven communication skills and a good command of the English language (verbal and written).
  • Administrative skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
  • Computer literate and good command of MS Office, CRM systems, Excel, etc.
  • Proactive, takes responsibility, and delivers results.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Highly structured.
  • Results-oriented.
