Drive Digital Transformation in the Metal Casting Industry
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to boost our SaaS sales and drive the digital transformation of the metal casting industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing an effective sales strategy that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and empowers our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that prioritizes growth and generates customer interest
- Drive digital sales success by negotiating contracts with current and potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities and exploit them to the fullest with both current and new customers
- Lead customer acquisition and support initiatives for our digital products
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers, partners, and management
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for our products
- Guide and train colleagues, representatives, and customers for successful use of our digital solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our solutions based on customer and market needs
Requirements:
- Proven record of sales growth
- Experience in selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions, with a preference for candidates with experience in the manufacturing, automotive, or metal casting industry
- Sharp negotiation and networking skills
- Experience in coordinating and leading sales teams
- Familiarity with IoT-edge and cloud-based solutions, predictive analytics, and digital solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A dynamic, self-motivated individual with a performance-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- A passion for business travel and engaging with diverse cultures and personalities
