Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will support our stores organization in France, focusing on reporting, discovery, auditing, and project work. This entry-level position will also assist the HR team with daily activities, such as managing personnel files and performance management activities for several European countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce various reports on HR metrics, legal compliance, and efficiency as needed.
  • Implement HR-related administrative activities.
  • Manage labor relations, including CSE and CSSCT meetings, room bookings, and union train tickets.
  • Track unions delegation hours.
  • Calculate and manage WC quarterly payments (FRA).
  • Prepare annual reports (bilan social) with social data.
  • Update and pay medical centers.
  • Administer medical visits.
  • Manage work accidents declarations and reports.
  • Update the BDES database with economic and social information.
  • Audit and follow up on professional interviews.
  • Manage associate relations, answering individual queries.
  • Write employers attestations and training attestations.
  • Prepare associate action forms for store associates' changes.
  • Share company values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
