Senior Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Casino Business Insights Analyst to join our team at Sporty Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the analysis of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential threats.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and communicate insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the forecasting and budgeting processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.
- Possess previous experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role with a focus on data analysis and strategic marketing.
- Have analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and segmentation techniques.
- Possess a proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- Have previous experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
- Possess the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
