We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our team at Alliance Healthcare. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development in your assigned region.

About the Role:

As a Commercial Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our pharmaceutical clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients, including key account management and sales support

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and research

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
