Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Microsoft. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with executives and business decision makers at high levels of the customer's organization.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing account plans to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer business needs are met
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to establish a strong understanding of their business and technology needs
  • Identifying opportunities to drive optimizations and new business and technology solutions based on customer strategies
  • Leading new opportunities and orchestrating internal teams to accelerate the customer's digital transformation
  • Expanding network of key internal and external partners to ensure execution of core tasks and account transactions
  • Driving sales and partner impact and engaging mainstream partners to develop and promote mutually-beneficial customer business and technology transformation strategies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Media or driving digital transformation, or Account Manager of large accounts in a Tech company
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy in the industry of assigned accounts
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with executives and business decision makers at high levels of the customer's organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
