Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Accounts Manager to join our team at Danaher. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with global health systems and providing global business leadership and management of their accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain key relationships with global health systems and their executives
- Build and own long-term account plans, including goals, strategies, and tactics
- Utilize business development tools to lead sales campaigns and ensure alignment between local and global teams
- Own and manage RFPs and close deals with positive margin expansion
- Partner with service organizations to ensure successful installation, go-live, and post-installation maintenance
- Provide indirect coaching and mentoring to sales representatives and ensure alignment between local and global teams
- Master's degree preferred and 9+ years of sales experience in a hospital or laboratory setting
- Ability to understand business and financial goals of customers and develop sound strategies
- Proven ability to manage large, complex global accounts and provide informal leadership
- Strong understanding of the global marketplace and healthcare industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Solid project management skills and ability to travel 50-75% of the time
- Good understanding of laboratory operating financials and healthcare economics
- Highly organized with strong program and sales management skills
- Track record of successfully developing and executing account plans
