Accor Cluster Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Develops business across all segments, including MICE and Groups & Event Sales corporate and leisure consortia, from both new and existing accounts within the structure rate levels/volumes agreed upon.
- Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).
- Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with General Managers of the hotels.
- Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Sales department, providing leadership, motivation, and inspiration to the team to achieve or exceed targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous senior leadership experience within sales and marketing required.
- University/College degree in a related discipline required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to achieve targeted penetration index and guest satisfaction levels.
- Ability to work closely with the Digital, Marketing, and Communications teams to identify opportunities and leverage networks within the media.
