TD SYNNEX: Empowering Businesses with Cybersecurity Solutions

Responsibilities:- Work on medium to large-sized accounts of moderate to high complexity under some supervision, with tiered levels based on complexity and partner size.
- Execute the Business Unit strategy to grow profitable market share in full alignment with the agreed plan.
- Develop and implement solution and service offerings for key customers, including TaaS.
- Drive sales from an agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification and onboarding, and other business development initiatives to optimize results.
- Drive sales of specific vendors or projects when specific knowledge is required on an account.
- Enable and assist sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
- Succeed in negotiation and winning key tenders and large deals.
- Maintain positive relationships and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the 'Trusted Advisor.'
- Be responsible for increasing both customer loyalty and profitability.
- Work collaboratively with Field Sales Engineers and vendors.
- Support the development of direct reports and/or divisional business development executives.
- Have full knowledge of assigned product/service line.
- Engage with key customers.
- Engage with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.
- Oversee people management and development (where applicable).
- In smaller markets, the BDM will be required to take on additional responsibilities, such as category management.

- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Telephone sales skills.
- Desirable: Degree in a business-related subject.
- Desirable: Experience of people management and development.
- French and English are required.
