Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative Mid-Market, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and directly contributing to Alma's sales success.
Main Responsibilities- Develop Alma's sales activity using available tools (telephone/email/social networks, Sales navigator...)
- Benefit from an ongoing coaching/training program to develop strong commercial, e-commerce, and payment skills
- Native or bilingual in French, with a minimum of full professional proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills, with ease interacting with prospects, clients, or industry stakeholders
- Structured and organized, with a rapid learning curve to understand merchant challenges
- Rigorous and ambitious, with a strong desire to exceed sales goals
Phone interview with Recruiter (30 mins), remote interview with Hiring manager (45 mins), written case study to complete at home, followed by an on-site/remote case study presentation (60 mins), on-site Final interview with VP Sales (30 mins) & Team Fit interview (30 mins), and reference check
