Job Summary

The Sales Associate drives the generation of new logo and upsell leads, while learning from the Sales team to support regional growth.

This role provides essential support to the sales team and offers an entry-level path for aspiring sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through new logo & upsell efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, events, and social media outreach.
  • Schedule meetings to support the sales team with qualified leads and shadow these meetings.
  • Gather data on marketing trends, competitive products, and pricing.
  • Accelerate sales revenue by completing repeatable tasks in support of the sales function such as quoting, proposal development, forecast support, and administrative activity.
  • Interact with sales teams, sales support, order processing, sales engineering, marketing, and service delivery in addition to direct customer-facing activities and lead generation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in business, technology, or telecommunication sales, or equivalent combination of experience with or interest in the activities of a Global Managed Service provider.
  • Ambition for a long-term career in global enterprise sales.
  • Highly motivated, with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft's M365 software suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of collaborative techniques and approaches; understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
