Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Accommodation Services (M/F) to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate must possess the necessary authorization to work in a European country and demonstrate fluency in both English and French. This role is based in a prestigious location.

  4. Previous experience in a similar leadership role is essential.
Core Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the daily operations of the Accommodation Department, ensuring both operational and administrative excellence.
  2. Lead and supervise the various teams within the Accommodation Department (Concierge, Guest Services, Front Desk, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Linen Room, Switchboard, and Spa) to uphold our high-quality standards.
  3. Conduct annual performance evaluations for Accommodation Department Managers in line with company policies and keep management informed of departmental developments.
  4. Facilitate the growth of team members through personalized support and training initiatives aimed at enhancing individual performance.
  5. Conduct recruitment interviews adhering to our quality criteria and ensure staff are well-versed in departmental objectives and company policies.
  6. Monitor payroll management within the department, ensuring workforce stability across all Accommodation teams.
  7. Develop rational annual revenue and expenditure plans for the Accommodation Department, focusing on maximizing profitability and controlling costs.
  8. Contribute to the hotel's annual marketing strategy by collaborating with all departments to boost revenue and enhance the hotel's reputation.
  9. Participate in the hotel's strategic planning as a member of the Planning Committee.
  10. Work closely with Reservations, Front Desk, and Sales teams to optimize occupancy rates and overall revenue.
  11. Maintain effective communication with all hotel departments regarding business fluctuations, special guests, and group bookings.
  12. Build strong relationships with guests, regular patrons, and group contacts to deliver personalized service; follow up with guests throughout their stay.
  13. Ensure daily room attention and timely follow-up on all guest requests.
