UGECAM DES HAUTS DE FRANCE is seeking a skilled Caregiver and Psychologist Assistant to join our team. As a Caregiver and Psychologist Assistant, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support and education to residents in daily living activities, as outlined in their individualized care plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times, promoting their physical and psychological integrity.
- Act as a project coordinator for the resident's personalized support plan, working closely with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma in AMP/AES (Healthcare Assistant) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Benefits
As a Caregiver and Psychologist Assistant with UGECAM DES HAUTS DE FRANCE, you will enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including a 13th and 14th month salary (subject to attendance conditions) and a monthly SEGUR allowance.
Security Clearance
