As a key member of our HR Consulting, Employee Relations team, you'll engage with managers and employees through challenging casework, driving transformation through data insights, AI, and organizational health diagnostics.

Responsibilities

  • Directs diagnostics and resolution of complex issues related to policy or culture concerns, independently or in collaboration with managers, peers, and the Legal profession.
  • Assists with global Employee Relations investigations, implementing remediation and ensuring documentation of issues.
  • Interprets trends in employee relations issues, designing interventions and solutions to facilitate an open, inclusive environment.

HR Solutions Consulting

  • Provides expert consulting services to managers and employees in HR programs, processes, and initiatives, representing their focus area in the broader HR community.
  • Leads data analytics and organizational health diagnostics, generating trends and insights on organizational health solutions.

Capability Building

  • Identifies approaches to enhance manager capability, conducting one-on-one consulting/coaching with business leaders or engaging relevant stakeholders and HR partners.
  • Leads collaboration with peer disciplines and global HR partners to contribute insights, leverage resources, and provide capability building support for leadership.

HR Project and Programs

  • Partners with Centers of Excellence on implementing scalable HR programs and processes, managing HR processes for a business, region, or geography.
  • Leads the design and implementation of local HR projects or programs based on unique needs, providing project guidance on prioritization, timelines, budget, resourcing, and impact.

Operational Compliance

  • Interprets and advocates Microsoft values and compliance with HR policies, identifying needs to mitigate potential risks and collaborating with the Legal profession.
  • Leads the localization/update of policies and procedures related to managed projects and programs, establishing partnerships with HR policy owners and relevant stakeholders.

Queue Management

  • Manages, distributes, and oversees queries coming through the CRM/queue management system, assessing severity levels and determining management approach.
  • Responds to written correspondence, email, and other outreach from employees and managers, sharing feedback to senior advisors for queue management system opportunities.
