Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Engineering team in scaling our Product and Engineering departments. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing all facets of the candidate interview process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting interviewer training and process improvement.
About the Role:
- Organize candidate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, managing communication workflow, and coordinating travel/reimbursement.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Manage interviewer training program, including capacity planning and providing constructive feedback.
- Support process improvement initiatives, working closely with recruiters and other coordinators to enhance current practices.
Requirements:
- "Can-do" attitude, with a willingness to take on challenges and provide top-notch candidate experiences.
- Organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey thoughts and ideas effectively.
- Bonus: Previous experience with recruiting tools or in a coordination role.
