About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Engineering team in scaling our Product and Engineering departments. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing all facets of a candidate's interview process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting interviewer training and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize candidate interview processes, including scheduling, communication, and offer letters
- Ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience
- Manage interviewer training and provide support to interviewers
- Collaborate with recruiters and other coordinators to improve processes and reach hiring goals
Requirements:
- "Can-do" attitude and eagerness to take on challenges
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bonus: Previous experience with recruiting tools or in a coordination role
