Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator, Engineering
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Engineering team in scaling our Product and Engineering departments. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and collaborating with our hiring managers to grow their teams with great people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all facets of the candidate interview process, including scheduling interviews, managing communication workflow, and drafting and sending offer letters.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication throughout the full process.
- Manage interviewer training program through capacity planning in collaboration with engineering managers and recruiters.
- Support interviewers through organizing continuous training, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Work closely with recruiter and other recruiting coordinators to improve processes and current practices.
- Help reach hiring goals by collaborating effectively within teams and across departments.
Requirements:
- A "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to take on challenges and provide top-notch support to candidates and interviewers.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey thoughts and ideas through writing and speaking.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to catch small details and support fast-paced recruitment activity.
- Bonus: Previous experience with recruiting tools or in a coordination role.
