Job Title: IT Help-Desk Manager

Lesaffre Iberica SA is seeking an experienced IT Help-Desk Manager to lead our IT support team in providing exceptional service to our users. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 10 IT professionals, including 5 employees and 5 external contractors, to provide IT support services to 1,300 users across multiple locations.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of IT services, including hardware, software, and telecommunication systems, to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Project Management: Manage and execute projects within the help-desk scope, such as implementing IT service management (ITSM) tools, migrating files to SharePoint, and transitioning from standard phones to Teams-based phone systems.
  • Communication and Event Management: Oversee audio and video equipment management for meeting rooms, manage landline telephony and mobile phones, and manage relationships with help-desk service providers and telecom suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in help-desk management roles.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office365 Suite, IT security, hardware management, and soft skills such as leadership, customer orientation, communication, and team player.
Language:

Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
