    • Manage and enhance a portfolio of clients
    • Advocate for the employment and training initiatives of professional sectors
    • Facilitate the services provided by the OPCO, alongside various projects and regional collaborations in employment and training
    • Offer guidance and insights to businesses regarding employment and training matters
    • Assist organizations in the formulation, execution, and refinement of funding for training initiatives and projects
    • Serve as a bridge between client organizations and internal teams
    • Foster communication between client organizations and institutional stakeholders in the employment and vocational training landscape
  • Project Coordination:
    • Engage in the identification of collective regional and sectoral needs
    • Contribute to employment and training initiatives from needs assessment to action evaluation (HR Advisory Support)
    • Maintain collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Candidate Profile:Ideal candidates will possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, training, or business management, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management within the employment and training sector.
