Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our growing team in Nantes. As a Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and guidance to ensure their success with our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and accurate solutions to customers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
  • Contribute to the ongoing success of the Support team, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in application development or level 3 technical support.
  • Good knowledge of PHP and SQL.
  • Working understanding of cloud-based infrastructures (GCP, AWS).
  • Comfortable with Linux, VMs, and containerized applications.
  • Experience with a ticketing system (Jira or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
