Technical Support Specialist

Lengow, a leading e-commerce platform, is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and solutions to customers encountering issues with our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical support requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate with developers to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Manage emergency situations and communicate with clients
  • Communicate new feature requests to the product team
  • Suggest customer documentation updates to reduce assistance needs

Objectives:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services within 1 month
  • Efficiently handle at least 50% of simple technical support requests autonomously within 1 month
  • Receive positive feedback from customers regarding technical support quality and speed within 3 months
  • Conduct phone meetings to discuss customer issues within 3 months
  • Handle any type of request and train new team members within 6 months

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French (Italian or German as a plus)
  • Deep analytical skills
  • Technical background with problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Postman and APIs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and resourcefulness
