- Respond to technical support requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with developers to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Manage emergency situations and communicate with clients
- Communicate new feature requests to the product team
- Suggest customer documentation updates to reduce assistance needs
Objectives:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and services within 1 month
- Efficiently handle at least 50% of simple technical support requests autonomously within 1 month
- Receive positive feedback from customers regarding technical support quality and speed within 3 months
- Conduct phone meetings to discuss customer issues within 3 months
- Handle any type of request and train new team members within 6 months
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French (Italian or German as a plus)
- Deep analytical skills
- Technical background with problem-solving skills
- Experience with Postman and APIs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Autonomy, proactivity, and resourcefulness
