Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and validate supplier invoices efficiently.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of invoices with delivery documentation, addressing any discrepancies in partnership with the Procurement team.
- Conduct analytical accounting tasks.
- Oversee payment schedules in both Euros and foreign currencies.
- Address payment reminders, handle rejected payments, and resolve supplier disputes.
- Reconcile, verify, and analyze supplier accounts meticulously.
- Support the preparation of financial closing entries.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a comparable position.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting and office software, particularly Word and Excel.
- Attributes: Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, and a collaborative team member.
